ABBOTT, Alice - Passed peacefully away at the Grace Hospital, St. John's on Wednesday, November 17, 1993 of Springfield, South River, aged 73 years. Predeceased by husband John in 1981. Leaving to mourn four sons: Newman at Timmins, Ontario, Richard and wife Joan at Labrador City, Ron and wife Agnes at Sparwood, British Columbia, John and wife Karen at Makinsons; six daughters: Dorothy and husband Andrew Butler at Bell Island; Mary at St. John's, Catherine and husband Boyd Greenland at Makinsons, Helen at South River, Madonna Andrews at London, Ontario and Helena and husband John Young at Bay Roberts; one brother Robert Edmunds at Dunville; one sister Elizabeth Cummings of Grand Falls; twenty-one grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Clarke's Beach. Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 20 at 2:30 pm at All Hallows Roman Catholic Church, North River. ABBOTT, Robert John- It is with great sadness the family of Robert (Bob) Abbott announce his sudden passing on Saturday, August 31, 1996 at the Health Sciences Centre, aged 52. Left with fond and loving memories, wife Carol-Ann (Fitzpatrick); daughters: Tonya Templeman (Darrin) and Janet; mother, Margaret Abbott; sisters: Lorraine Foley (Jim) and Lillian Mamell (Jim); brothers: jimmy (JoAnne), Tony (Rose Ann) and Bruce; mother-in-law, Florence Fitzpatrick. He will also be sadly missed by a large circle of relatives and friends. Remains resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd. Funeral Service on Tuesday, September 3, 1996 from the Salvation Army, St. John's West, Mundy Pond Rd., 2 p.m. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. ABBOTT, Vincent (Skid) - Passed away at the Grace General Hospital on April 5, 1992. Left with fond and loving memories wife Hazel; daughter Karen (Larry); two sons: Doug, Ken (Irene); darling grandson Cole; also his beloved pet Dusty; one sister Lorraine Raso; two stepbrothers Robert and Jack Walsh; two special nieces Michele and Rosemary, and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Carnell Memorial Chapel, Freshwater Road. ADAMS, Francis Stanley (Frank) -Passed away at the Grace General Hospital on Monday, August 17th, 1992, aged 80 years. Served in the R.A.F. Ferry Command 1933-1945. ADAMS, John Charles - Passed away suddenly July 14, 1989 at his home on Bell Island, aged 78 years. ANTHONY, Harvey Howard - Passed peacefully away, after a lengthy illness, on Saturday, December 16, 1995 Harvey Howard Anthony, aged 54 years.
