Will of Sarah Ann McKay

In re: SARAH ANN MCKAY. DECEASED.

I Sarah Ann McKay (Widow of the late Joseph McKay) of Stephenville Crossing in the District of St. George, being of sound mind and memory, do make and declare this, my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my son Alfred McKay a piece of land, about two acres more or less, situated near Harry’s River. I give and bequeath to my son Notman McKay my dwelling house with its contents, all my land, except what is otherwise mentioned, and all other property, personal and real, that I may possess at the time of my death. I appoint my son Notman McKay as sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament to which I set my hand and Seal this 30th day of November in the year of Our Lord, One thousand nine hundred and twenty.

The above was declared and signed by the said Sarah Ann McKay, as her last Will & Testament, in the presence of us, who at her request hereby sign our names as witnesses.
