Will of Philip Collier

IN RE:   PHILIP COLLIER.    DECEASED

This is the Last will and Testament of me Philip Collier fisherman farmer Cod Roy in the District of St. Georges Newfoundland I hereby revoke all wills and Testamentary instruments heretofore by me made. I appoint my nephew Ambrose Parsons now living with me to be the Executor of this my will. I direct my executor to pay my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary expenses I give and bequeath to my nephew Ambrose Parsons my dwelling House as it stands with all furniture and everything in my said dwelling House absolutely I give and bequeath, to my nephew Ambrose Parsons all my land situated and lying in Cod Roy Village all Barns Stores, and fish Houses, all my land situated and lying at Shoal Point all my land situated and lying at Cross Marsh all my cattle and sheep absolutely

I give and bequeath to my nephew Ambrose Parsons all my Salmon nets, all my fishing gear, of whatever kind absolutely And I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of what nature or kind soever, not hereinbefore otherwise disposed of, to my nephew Ambrose Parsons absolutely. Witness my hand this twenty sixth day of September 1903 Philip his x mark Collier Signed by the above named Testator as his last will in the presence of us, both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
