Will of Peter Hoskins

IN RE:   PETER HOSKINS.    DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me, Peter Hoskins, of Howley, Labourer.

  1. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament.
  2. I hereby appoint Samuel R. Oakley, of St. John's, Retired Shopkeeper, to be the sole executor of this my will.
  3. I give, devise and bequeath all my property, of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate, to my three sons, Lester Hoskins, William Hoskins and Lawrence Hoskins, in equal shares.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at Saint John's, Newfoundland, this fourth day of August, A.D. 1924. (signature code) PETER his X mark HOSKINS
Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us who, in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto set our names as witnesses. (having been first read over and explained)
