Will of John David Barry

IN RE:   JOHN DAVID BARRY.    DECEASED

I John David Barry of Bay of Island Newfoundland being of sound mind for which I thank Almighty God, do make this my last will and testament and I do revoke any or all others wills made by me before this.

I leave all my property in the Bay of Islands, consisting of My Dwelling House Wharves and Stores and land attached to the same situated in Petipas Cove, and now occupied by me and my son - to The said property above described I leave in trust with my son John Barry for his son David Francis Barry. The said trust to continue with him until the said David Francis Barry shall be of mans age - And until that period my said son John shall have the use of the said premises for his benefit and he shall keep the said premises in repair during that time. And I leave as my Executor The Reverend Father McInnis now in this place.

Witness my hand at Humber Sound Bay of Islands this 24th 1885 day of November A.D. 1885.
