Will of James Shears

In re: JAMES SHEARS. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, James Shears, of Robinson’s, Retired Farmer.

  1. 1. I hereby revoke all former wills and testaments by me at any time made and make and declare this to be my last will and testament.

  2. 2. I appoint my son, George Shears, to be the executor of this my last will and testament.

  3. 3. All my real and personal property and effects of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate, I give devise and bequeath to my said son George’s wife, Frances Alice Shears, to be held by her in trust for my said son George Shears.

As witness my hand at Robinson’s this 27th day of Jany; Anno Domini, One thousand nine hundred and twenty three. JAMES his X mark SHEARS

Signed, published and declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who, in the presence of each other and in the presence of the testator have at his request signed as witnesses.
