In re Francais Gaugin deceased.

1. I give and bequeath to my son Abraham Gaugin the house in which I live, and all the land owned by me at the present moment to wit the block of land bounded by the beach on the west and the main road on the East - that part being excluded which I have already given to my son James Gaugin.
2. The larger store and the beach shall be the common property of my four sons collectively viz Joseph Gaugin, John Gaugin, James Gaugin and Abraham Gaugin, and the smaller store shall belong and is herewith bequested to Jas Gaugin and Abraham Gaugin to be the common property of both collectively.

    Codicil to the above will.
Whereas, I Francais Gaugin, did on the thirtieth day of January one thousand nine hundred and one, make my last will and Testament, I do now by this writing add this Codicil to my said will, to be taken as part thereof. I give devise and bequeath to Margaret Gaugin one dollar in cash. I give devise and bequeath to Mary Gaugin one dollar in cash. I give devise and bequeath to Agnes Gaugin one dollar in cash. I give devise and bequeath to Esther one dollar in cash.     I also give devise and bequeath all that parcel or plot of land and containing fifty acres unto Abraham Gaugin and James Gaugin each to have twenty five acres each. The said fifty acres containing the following boundaries on the north east bounded by land owned by Joseph Gushue, on the south west bound by land owned by Charles P. Farrell on the south East bounded by Philip Chevalier land on north west bounded by land owned by Redmund McCarty. In witness whereof I hereunto place my hand and seal this fourth day of February nineteen hundred and sixteen (Sgd) Francais Gaugin his name (LS). Signed sealed published and declared to us by the Testator Francais Gaugin as and for a Codicil to be fixed to his last will and testament and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other affixed our names as witnesses thereto, at the date thereof Franklin Fisher, Brigham Fisher.
