Will of Edward Hulan

IN RE:   EDWARD HULAN.    DECEASED

I Edward Hulan, of Cartyville in the District of St. Georges, being of sound mind & memory, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

1st      I give and bequeath to my son William and my daughter Rosetta the land which I have already given into their keeping.

2nd      I give and bequeath to my son Solomon, and my wife Rose Jane all my other possessions, as land, dwelling-house with everything in it, barn, store, cattle, and everything else of which I am owner at the time of my death, to be their jointly as long as my wife shall live. But at the death of my wife Rose Jane, all her share of my property and whatever else may come to her under this will must go to my son Solomon to do with as he may think best in his own interest & that of his heirs.

Lastly I appoint my son Solomon & my wife Rose Jane as my executors to see the terms of this will carried out. Signed this 25th day of March one thousand nine hundred and Twelve.
