Will of Catherine Joy

IN RE:   CATHERINE JOY.    DECEASED

I Catherine Joy hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. I will and bequeath all my property real and personal to my beloved husband John Joy to use for my children benefit as his judgment may dictate. In the event of my husband marrying again an amount equal in value to my present estate is to be divided by him equally among my beloved children Geraldine, Dorothy Helen, James and Mildred

I hereby appoint Mary Ellen Joy to be executrix of this my last will and testament signed Katherine Joy witnesses Adeline White William Dollard Stephenville January 5th 1912
