IN RE: CATHERINE HALBOT. DECEASED I give bequeath and devise all my estate and property real and personal as follows, that is to say:- To my son Arthur Edward Halbot all my land houses Stores and outbuildings situated at Sandy Point Bay St George Also that piece and parcel of land at St George's Nfld bounded and described as follows,- that is to say South by the Main Road West by land of W. E. LeReux North by the Railway and East to the Point of commencement by land of J. R. Hayes containing two acres more or less all the above to be to him and to his heirs forever exclusive, however of the shop built on the last described piece of land at St George's which is otherwise disposed of in this my will. To my son John Halbot I give one Codfish Jigger Mould. To my daughter Theresa I give the Shop-building mentioned above situated on the land mentioned above at St George's which land I have willed to her brother Arthur Edward. I give her also the five piece parlor suit or set of furniture at present in the dwelling house at Sandy Point. To my daughter Laura Halbot I give fifteen one hundred dollar shares in Howards Ltd, Dartmouth N.S. and I leave her in charge of my daughter Theresa until she marries or her death occurs. In case Laura dies unmarried the fifteen shares above mentioned will become the property of Theresa I hereby will & give them to her in case of Laura's death as above stipulated. I give to my daughter Katie the Organ at present in the house at St. George's. I give to my daughter Stella one iron bedstead 1 feather bed and the bed clothes thereunto belonging. I give bequeath and devise the sum of one hundred dollars which is to be expended in masses for the repose of my soul and I enjoin my Executor to faithfully carry out this provision. I give bequeath and devise all the money in cash in the Bank or otherwise to my children to be divided between them in equal shares after my death. The children among whom the money is to be divided are as follows:- John Halbot, Delia Curran, Stella halbot, Joseph Halbot, Arthur Edward halbot, Theresa halbot, Katie Halbot and Laura Halbot. I appoint my daughter Theresa as Executrix In witness whereof I have signed sealed published and declared this instrument as my will at St George's Newfoundland on the 14th day of March 1925 and I hereby abrogate all other previously made wills. CATHERINE HALBOT The said Catherine Halbot at the said place and on the said day signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared same as for her last will and testament in our presence and we at her request and in her presence and in presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.
