John H. Gillam deceased

I John Henry Gillam of Robinsons Head in St Georges Bay in the Island of Newfoundland being of sound mind do hereby make my last will and testament revoking all the wills and Codicils. I John Henry Gillam do hereby bequeath at my death to my son Solomon and his heirs and assigns, all my property real and personal and all other possessions of what ever kind and wheresoever situated that I may die possessed of, on the condition that he and they until my death pay me proper attention and treat me as kindly as a loving son should treat his father. And I John Henry Gillam do hereby appoint my son Solomon as sole executor of this my last will and testament. This will was signed this twenty-eighth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred & eleven. Witness my signature. John Henry Gillam X his mark. Witnessed by Charles Jeffrey. Thomas Gale.
