Will of Jesse Howell

In re     Jesse Howell     deceased.     The last will and Testament of Jesse Howell Pound Cove     May 18th 1907     Being of sound mind and memory. I Jesse Howell do make this my last will and Testament as follows:- I do hereby bequeath and give to my dear wife, Johanna Howell, and my four sons viz: Robert John Howell, Samuel Howell, Jesse Howell and Albert Howell my full share of the land held by grant taken by my deceased father, Francis Howell - The same to be equally divided between the above named     I do also give and bequeath to the aforesaid all the property owned by me on said land, which includes     household furniture etc. I do also give and bequeath my share of the fishing schooner Ajax viz - 1/6, to be equally divided between my beloved wife and sons as before named - also my share in trapboats & other boats, to be divided as above.
I do also give and bequeath to my beloved wife and four sons as before named and to my Three daughters viz: Caroline Elizth Howell, Mary Jane Howell and Florence Howell, any money that may come to me on the division and final Settlement of money now in the hands of the law, viz $2.200.00 which money is now in the Savings Bank awaiting the decision of the Court - my share of the same to be equally divided among the aforenamed. I hereby do appoint as sole executor of this my last will and testament Peter Roberts Wesleyville     Jesse his X mark Howell     Pound Cove May 18th 1907.     Witnessed by A. Q. Holmes     Peter Roberts
