Will of Isaac Winser

In re: ISAAC WINSER DECEASED.

I Isaac Winser being of sound mind do declare the following to be my last will and testament.

I leave all the property I now possess or shall hereafter possess in land houses stage flakes and all gear belonging to the fishery to my three sons James, William and Peter on condition that my wife Matilda Winser do have a life interest in same and do get her maintenance from said property till her death and that no division of said property be made till the death of said Matilda Winser unless she consent to such division during her lifetime.

I also leave to my son Peter the sum of twenty pounds currency of that money that I now possess and which is at present in the Commercial Bank in my name. And I leave all the remainder of said money to my wife Matilda Winser absolutely.

Witness my hand this twenty fourth day of August eighteen hundred and seventy four.
