In re George Highmorr Pearce deceased. This is the last will of me George Highmore Pearce of Westport, White Bay Newfoundland. I give and devise all my estate and effects real and personal, of which I may die possessed or entitled to. Also all that may accrue to my estate real & personal after my decease, unto my dear wife Amelia J. Pearce absolutely and I nominate and appoint William S. Lockyer of Trinity Newfoundland to be my executor of this my last will. And I revoke all former wills Dated at Westport this 9th day October A.D. 1912 - George H. Pearce - Signed by the testator in the presence of us, both present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses Darius Jacobs William Jacobs Correct,Charles H.
