Will of Elizabeth Noble

In re: ELIZABETH NOBLE. DECEASED.

To whomsoever It may concern. I hereby declare that this is the last Will & Testament of me, Elizabeth, wife of the late William Noble of Nippers harbour.

I do here give, & bequeath, to my two sons Abner & Lorenzo, one third of all land belonging to my late husband, of which third one portion must be the cabbage garden

I also give & bequeath to the same Abner & Lorenzo, the two parts of the property left me by my husband, the above William Noble, which parts must include my house, & all other buildings

I likewise give to them all (that is Abner & Lorenzo) all my household effects, such as stoves, furniture, beds & all pertaining to them etc.

Also all moneys of which I have at present.
8 x 20 $ pieces equals $160.00
2 x 10 .. .. 20.00
15 x 5 .. .. 75.00
2 x 2 .. .. 4.00
Total 259.00

Besides the above gold, I also give & bequeath to them, Forty pounds in English gold, & one sovereign in Australian coinage.

Given under my hand this Twentieth day of September, in the year of Our Lord Nineteen hundred and Twenty, in the presence of the Rev Stanley Williams & his wife Ethel, & to whom I call the witnessing of my hand.
