Will of Benjamin Curtis Bailey

In re     Benjamin Curtis Bailey     deceased.

    I Benjamin Curtis Bailey being by the Grace of God in sound mind do hereby make such disposition of my property as I deem right and proper. I give and bequeath to my wife Hannah Maria Bailey the dwelling house and contents situate Nippers Harbor to be hers her heirs and assigns for ever and ever. I also give and bequeath to my wife Hannah Maria Bailey the sum of Two hundred and forty dollars per annum which is to be paid by cheque from the Bank of Montreal in the amount of sixty dollars per quarter payment to commence six months after my death. In the event of Hannah Maria Bailey again marrying she is to be paid one thousand dollars within two months after her marriage and the above quarterly allowance of sixty dollars shall then cease.     Again, after the death of Hannah Maria Bailey or her marriage with another I give and bequeath the whole of the Estate to my nephew Olonzo George Bailey son of my brother Alfred Bailey of Old Bonaventure Trinity Bay Newfoundland.
Again after my death the money now in the Royal Bank of Canada must be transferred to the Bank of Montreal also Life Insurance policy to place in the Bank of Montreal, and whatever dividends from Colonial Loan & Investment stock and Eastern Consolidated Oil Co. to be placed in Bank of Montreal.     I appoint the Rev. Arthur Pittman R.D. Tilt Cove my executor and I bequeath him one hundred dollars     Benj Curtis Bailey Nippers Harbor December 8/06 witness Roland Starks
