In re
John Lee deceased The last will and testament of John Lee, of Round Harbor, in the District of Fortune Bay, in the Island of Newfoundland, made this fifteenth day of May, nineteen hundred and eighteen A.D. I give and bequeath to my wife, Elizabeth all my right, title and interest in the land, situated at Round Harbor, now occupied by me, and the dwelling house situated thereon as well as the wharf store, stages, outhouses and all other erections thereon also the furniture in dwelling house and nets, lines and all other fishing gear also all boats skiffs and dories and all my personal effects and all the money I have in Bank and all else I possess.
