In re: WINNIFRED MARY ARDAGH. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Winnifred Mary Ardagh formerly of 11 Iverna Gardens Kensington in the county of London but now of 8 Church Street in the city of Bath spinster Whereas under and by virtue of the will of my late mother Frances Jane Procter Ardagh and also under the will of my father the late general Richard Drapes Ardagh I have recently become entitled to a share of the estate of my said mother and also upon the death of my said mother to a share in the estate of my said father

Now I give devise and bequeath all the capital (other than accumulations of income) and investments to which I have recently become entitled under the said wills to Harrup William Abel Harrison and my sister Alice Lanphier Ardagh or the survivor of them and the heirs executors and administrators of such survivor and his or her assigns hereinafter called my said trustees Upon trust that my said trustees shall sell call in and convert into money all such parts of the said capital and investments as shall not consist of trustees authorised investments and after payment thereout of all duties payable on my death in respect thereof shall invest the same in securities authorised for the investment of trust funds and shall divide the whole of such investments into four equal parts and shall pay the income arising from one of such one fourth parts to my sister Janet Prudence Bone for and during the term of her natural life and upon her death shall pay and divide the said one fourth part of the said investments unto and equally between my niece Una Barbara Harrison and my nephews William Ardagh Harrison and Richard John Harrison and shall pay the income of another one fourth part of the said investments to my sister Alice Lanphier Ardagh for and during the term of her natural life and upon her death shall pay and divide the said one fourth part of the said investments unto and equally between my said niece and nephews and shall pay the income of another one fourth part of the said investments to my sister Edith Harriet Gabarian Furber for and during the term of her natural life and upon her death shall pay and divide the said one fourth part of the said invest ments unto and equally between my said niece and nephews and as to the remaining one fourth part of the said investments to pay the income thereof to my sister Una Frances Harrison for and during the term of her natural life and upon her death shall pay and divide the said one fourth part of the said investments unto and equally between my said niece and nephews and I declare that in the event of my said niece or nephews dying and leaving issue the share or shares in the said capital fund and trust premises which such niece or nephews would have taken shall be held in trust for her or his issue in equal shares

And I direct hat my said trustees shall have power to postpone the sale and conversion of the said capital investments for such time as they shall think fit and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath the same unto my said trustees upon trust thereout to pay my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the following legacies namely twenty five pounds to each of my executors who shall prove my will and act in the administration of the trusts thereof and fifty pounds to my Nurse Selian Hartley such legacies to be paid free of duty and to pay and divide the residue and remainder thereof equally between and amongst my said four sisters or such of them as shall be living at the time of my decease And I appoint the said Harrup William Abel Harrison and Alice Lanphier Ardagh Executors of this my will and trustees for the purposes of the settled land Acts and hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made
