Will of William J. Pumphrey

In re: WILLIAM J. PUMPHREY. DECEASED.

The last will and testament of William J. Pumphrey, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following, that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my wife Jane F. Pumphrey my House & land and furniture therein or whatever I may die possessed of to my wife Jane F. Pumphrey, whom I hereby appoint sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made and we at his request sign our names hereto as attesting witnesses.

The above instrument or sheet was at the date thereof declared by him to be his last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand a Seal this Twenty fifth day of April One thousand nine hundred and Twenty. WILLIAM J. PUMPHREY 14 Barnes Road. Witness.
