         William Mellor deceased.

I William Mellor of the City of Newburgh in the County of Orange and State of New York hereby make publish and declare this my last will and testament viz:     I give devise and bequeath all my property and estate both real and personal to my wife Martha Mellor whom I thereby appoint executrix of this my will revoking all other wills by me made     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of February 1877.     Wm.
