Will of Susanna A. Cooch

In re: SUSANNAH AUGUSTA COOCH DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Susannah Augusta Cooch of 7 Portland Place Hammersmith Road in the County of Middlesex Widow I wish to be buried in the Cemetery of Kensal Green in the said County where my late dear husband now lies. I give to my dear daughter Florence Mary Cooch my gold watch chain and locket and as to all the rest of my personal jewelry and trinkets I give the same equally to and amongst all my dear children living at my death in full confidence that they will divide the same amiably between them and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my property of every description and which I may die possessed of or which may accrue to my estate after my decease after payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath the same equally amongst all my dear children living at my death and the issue of such of them as shall be then dead such issue taking only the share to which their deceased parent if living would have been entitled save and except and I declare my will to be that from the shares of my daughters Julia Rowdon wife of John Stewart Elmslie and Augusta Ba???tin wife of John Elmslie and their issue shall be deducted the amounts which have been already advanced to the respective husbands of my said two daughters during my life by or through me

I nominate constitute and appoint my dear son Robert William Brooks Cooch sole executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I the said Susanna Augusta Cooch have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-

Cooch- Signed by the testatrix Susannah Augusta Cooch as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the words "the amount of such deductions to be equally divided amongst all my other children living at my death and the issue of such of them as shall be then dead" being first struck out and the name "Edith" being struck out and "Mary" substituted-
