Will of Susan Frances Carter

In re     Susan F. Carter     deceased.

    I Susan Frances Carter, of the Borough of Brooklyn, County of Kings and State of New York, do make and publish this, my last will and Testament, as follows:
First:- I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my executrix hereinafter named, out of my estate, as soon as possible after my decease.
Second:- I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real and personal, of every description and wheresoever situated to my daughter, Mary Sidney Carter, to and for her own use forever.
Third: - It is my intention to exclude any person that might be entitled to share in my estate as heirs or next of kin not mentioned in this, my will.
Fourth: - I constitute and appoint my said daughter Mary Sidney Carter, sole executrix of this, my will, freeing and releasing her from giving and bonds or undertakings for the faithful performance of her duties as such executrix.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16 day of May, 1902. (Sgd.) Susan F. Carter (seal) Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named testatrix as and for her last will and testament, in our presence, who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each of us, have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto
