I Charles Heath Rector of Gunton with Hanworth & Suffield declare this to be my last will and testament revoking all others which I may have previously made I commit my immortal soul to my precious Saviour Jesus Christ in full assurance that what I commit unto him He will keep unto the great day of his appearing in glory This vile body I wish to be interred wherever I may be at the time of my decease If at Hanworth in the Northwest corner of the Churchyard where lie the remains of my dear lost infant     All my worldly goods of every description whether in possession expectancy or reversion I give to my beloved wife as the best proof of my unbounded affection and confidence in her prudence and discretion     I only regret that the value is not more commensurate with her merits-     I would make her my sole executrix did I not fear that I should be imposing upon her some troublesome duties which she would be glad to be spared.     I therefore appoint her and my valued friend the Reverend John Gudgeon Nelson my present Curate to be the executors of this my last will and testament together with my son Charles Harbard Heath-     In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name this twenty fourth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-     Charles Heath (LS)     Signed by the testator the Revd Charles Heath and acknowledged by him as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who were present at the same time who have hereunto subscribed our names in his presence and in the presence of each other as witnesses thereto T.
