In re: PHILIP B. SEYMOUR DECEASED.
Last will and testament of Philip Blackmore Seymour. I Philip Blackmore Seymour of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament I bequeath half of my insurance to my wife Maggie and half to my son John. I bequeath all my property to my son John excepting what I purchased after marrying my last wife Maggie.
All this I bequeath to my wife Maggie my Gramaphone I bequeath to my son John. Witness my signature this 12th day of June Philip B. Seymour.
