In re: PHILIP LUIDI DECEASED.
Know all men by these presents: That I Philip Luidi sound of mind tho feeble of body declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I bequeath assign and make over to my beloved wife Elizabeth and my son Louis in the proportion of half and half my farm at Little River, one hundred and sixty acres more or less, bounded on South West by lands owned by Jn McDonald, and on the North East by lands belonging to Jn. A. McIsaac.
I also devise and bequeath to my aforesaid wife and son all the cattle and appurtenances belonging to the said farm, to wit: Two horses, fifteen head of horned cattle, fifteen head of sheep, two barns, two carriages, plow, mower raker and hay forks etc. I also bequeath to my wife Elizabeth and my son Louis in equal shares a piece of intervale three acres more or less bounded on the West by the farm owned by Charles Blanchard, and on the East by the farm owned by Angus McDonald.
I bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth unconditionally to dispose of as she may think fit any money that may be left after my death. I bequeath devise and make over to my son Patrick the piece of land Eighty acres more or less bounded on the West by the farm owned by Wm. Doucette, and on the East by farm owned by Thomas Luidi with the condition annexed thereto that in case my son Patrick does not build a homestead thereon and reside therein permanently then it is herewith stipulated and it is my wish that the aforesaid farm will revert and pass automatically without any process of law to his son Leonard as soon as he comes of age and from him to his heirs and assigns for ever.
I bequeath devise and make over to my sons Thomas and Tepherin in equal proportions the divisions to be made by themselves or by someone else selected by them. The farm situated at South Branch one hundred and sixty acres more or less and bounded as follows: West by land own by Peter Muise, on the East by land owned by Peter O'Quinn on the North by South Branch and on the South by Crown Land to belong to them their heirs and assigns for ever.
I herewith appoint my wife Elizabeth sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
