In re: PATRICK FOLEY. DECEASED.

I patrick Foley of sound mind and senses do now bequeath to my son Peter all my lands and property, within and without, except one meadow, that is the lonf meadow by the brook. I want three shares made of said meadow tow shares for Peter the other share to go to my grandson Patrick Lundrigan. There is a yearly crop of three tons of hay on this meadow. I want said Patrick Lundrigan to sell his share of this hay yearly until he raises enough of money to buy a headstone for me, after that he can claim both the
hay and his share of the meadow I want my son Peter to give 16 (Sixteen Dollars) for masses for me, he can give 8 (eight dollars) yearly for two years. My son William got his share of the ground and Cattle when he was married and also took all the fishing gear that I had at that time. So he need not expect or claim anything more.
