IN RE: MARGARET MCLELLAN. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Margaret McLellan of the City of London in Ontario widow made this seventh day of December 1898 I direct my Executors hereinafter named to sell and dispose of my real estate as soon after my decease as possible and to sell and collect in my personal property and turn the same into cash I give devise and bequeath to the Right Rev. D. O'Connor Bishop of London the sum of Fifty dollars I give devise and bequeath to Rev Mother Ignatia Superior of Mount Hope Asylum London Ont. the sum of Fifty dollars I give devise and bequeath to Mrs. Anastasia McLean of London Twenty Dollars. After payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I direct my executors to hold the rest and residue of my estate upon trust and to distribute the same among my nephews and nieces living at the time of my decease share and share alike I appoint Rev. M. J. Tiernan and Frederick F. Harper the Executors of this my will - Margaret McLellan - Signed - Published and Declared by the Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Bridget Forristal Jean Worth.
