Also my Horse and all they Harness Carts and Waggon for Augustus Dwyer My Dwelling House and furniture for Augustus Dwyer and all they surroundings for Agust Dwyer Stable and Seller Seighh(?) and Boats for Michael to have my part of it that piece of land bound West by Main Road East by Frank Fowlow North by Clift South by Mrs. A. Martin Also that piece of land bound West by Mrs. A. Martin East by Frank Fowlow North by Mrs. A. Martin

They will of Michael Dwyer to give to Richard my son that piece of land Bound North by Michael Dwyer East by Main Road South by Main Road West by Main Road leading from bounds
