Will of Mary MacDougal

In re: MARY MACDOUGAL DECEASED.

This is the last will and Testament of me Mary MacDougal of 56 Berkley Street Liverpool in the County of Lancashire, Widow. I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by me made. I appoint my son Thomas Gamble McDougal of 56 Berkley Street Liverpool, Cashier and of (?) to be the Executor of this my Will. I direct my Executor to pay my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.

I give and bequeath all my estate and effects real and personal, which I may die possessed of or entitled to unto my said son Thomas Gamble McDougal to carry out the trusts of his fathers will. Witness my hand this 28th day of July 1899. Mary MacDougal. Signed by the above named Testatrix as her last will in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
