Will of Mary Ann Heath

In re: MARY HEATH DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Mary Ann Heath relict of the Reverend Charles Heath late of Hamworth Vicarage in the County of Norfolk I give devise and bequeath all and every my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my daughters Georgiana Susan Heath and Frances Maria Heath their heirs executors and administrators as tenants in common

I appoint the said Georgiana Susan Heath and Frances Maria Heath executrixes of this my will and hereby revoke all wills heretofore made by me In witness whereof I the said Mary Ann Heath the testatrix have hereunto subscribed my name the thirty first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight-

Mary Ann Heath- Signed by the said Mary Ann Heath the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses- Madeliene Mathiss Spinster Salestadt Alsace- Martha Cole Domestic Servant of Kildare Gardens-
