In re In the name of God Amen The last will and testament of Martin Cuddihy of Coadys Well Farmer made this 31st day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven I Martin Cuddihy being now in a sound and perfect state of mind and memory but at the same time being in a very imperfect state of bodily health and knowing that it is appointed for man once to die, do hereby make this my last will and testament and dispose of my worldly substance while I have power and capacity to do so. First I do will and bequeath my soul unto Almighty God who gave it me and my body I lave to the disposal of my daughter and friends for interment. Secondly, I do will and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret my dwelling house household furniture together with my farm situated at Coadys Well to have and to hold and her heirs for ever, Thirdly I do will and bequeath unto my daughter Mary one shilling sterling In witness whereof I do make this my last will and testament and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament at the same time nullifying all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made Signed published and declared by the said Martin Cuddihy in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request hereunto subscribe our names the day and year first above written.
