In re: MARGARET WINNING MANN. DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret Winning Mann presently of the City of Calgary in the Province of Alberta Widow.
(1) I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary documents whatsoever heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament.
(2) I nominate constitute and appoint my daughter Margaret Winning Thompson and my daughter's husband Joseph Thompson to be the Executors of this my will.
(3) I give devise bequeath and appoint all my property real and personal legal and equitable wheresoever situate whether in possession expectancy or remainder including all property over which I have any power of appointment to and unto the use of my daughter Margaret Winning Thompson and my daughter Helen G. Mathieson to have and to hold unto them their heirs executors and administrators absolutely in equal shares share and share alike as tenants in common.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirteenth day of March A. D. 1922.
