Will of Lionel Ernest Newman

In re: LIONEL E. NEWMAN DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Lionel Ernest Newman of Happy Valley in the Province of South Australia Gentleman.

1. I revoke all wills and other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.

2. I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

3. I give my silver watch to Patteson Womesley Nickalls of Chislehurst Kent in England Gentleman.

4. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my eldest brother Robert Lydstone Newman of Number 9 Great Cumberland Place London Wine Merchant and appoint him the sole executor of this my Will.

In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will the eighteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and ninety six. Lionel E. Newman. Signed by the said Lionel Ernest Newman as his last will in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
