Will of Josiah Clarke

In re: JOSIAH CLARKE DECEASED.

I Josiah Clarke. Laborer. Do hereby give and bequeath my whole Estate and effects real and personal, of which I may die possessed, or be entitled to, unto James Clarke, my Father.

And I hereby appoint James Clarke Executor of this my will, and I hereby revoke all former Wills and Codicils. In witness whereof I have subscribed these presents at Whitbourne Sixth day of December nineteen hundred and fifteen years in presence of two witnesses. Josiah Clarke X his mark. Signed by the Testator as and for his last Will and testament in presence of us, who at his request, in his presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names. as witnesses. E.W. Leslie. H.L. Leslie. Witness to mark of Josiah Clarke. H.L. Leslie.
