Will of John Talbot

In re: JOHN TALBOT. DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen.

I John Talbot of (Louis Talbot) of California do declare this to be my last Will and Testament made this fourth day of March One thousand nine hundred and Sixteen (4th March 1916)

I will and bequeath to my daughter Eliza Traverse (formerly Eliza Talbot) my house, stage and property about the stage namely the flake and store.

I also will and bequeath half the land of the garden in which my house is built I will and bequeath all the above mentioned to my daughter Eliza Traverse and her son John Traverse.

I appoint as my executor Mr William Fitzgerald.
