Will of John D. Mason

In re: JOHN D. MASON. DECEASED.

Catalina August 4th. 1917.

In the name of God Amen. I John D. Mason being of sound mind but very ill in health do hereby make my last Will and Testament.

I hereby bequeath my dwelling house, all my outhouses, all my lands, all my goods and chattels to my wife Sarah Mason till the day of her death. In the event of her marrying again she is to lose all title and interest in my property. After the death of my wife or in case of her marrying again all the above mentioned property is bequeathed to my son Anthony Mason by me.

All my girls (daughters) are to have a right to dwell in the dwelling house till the time of their marriages.

I hereby bequeath to each of my daughters one bed each.
I hereby bequeath to my wife two hundred and twelve dollars to my wife Sarah Mason.
I hereby bequeath to my son Anthony two shares in the Union Trading Co of the Fishermen's Protective Union.
