Will of John Kennedy

In re: JOHN KENNEDY DECEASED.

I John Kennedy declare this to be my last will and testament.

First I bequeath unto my three nephews John Kennedy Terrence Kennedy and Nicholas P. Kennedy the sum of £450. now in Bank to be equally divided between them the said three nephews. In Union Bank £250 Savings Bank £200.

Secondly I bequeath unto my three nephews above mentioned my possessions and effects together with my household furniture to have and to hold for ever.

Thirdly I hereby appointed John Kennedy as my executor in witness whereof I hereunto affix my signature John his X mark Kennedy, Signed in presence of us as witnesses this 2nd day of June A.D. 1883, Edmund Butler. Patrick McCarthy Terrence Kennedy Nicholas Kennedy Thomas Kennedy.
