In re: JOHN DAVIS DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me John Davis. I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Davis all property of which I shall die possessed both real and personal for her sole use and behoof during the term of her natural life.
2. Upon the death of my said wife it is my will that my land and dwelling house and household furniture should go to my nephew William Davis son of James Davis.
3. Upon the death of my said wife all money that I die possessed of is to be divided equally between my two daughters Isabel Baird and Adelaide Barbour and my aforesaid nephew William Davis. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this seventh day of January 1918. John Davis X his mark. Signed declared and published as and for his last will and testament by the above named testator, in the presence of us, who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto set our names as witnesses.
