Will of James Cullen

In re: JAMES CULLEN. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, James Cullen, made by me on this the Seventeenth day of July 1922.

I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.

I will & bequeath to Anastatia Alsop, all my lands, houses, goods & Chattels and everything of which I die possessed.

I appoint Newman W. Chown Executor of this my will. JAMES CULLEN. Signed by the Testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereunto append our names as witnesses H. J. Cornick. T. P. Halley.
