James Murphy deceased. October 18, 1882. in the name of God Amen. I James Murphy do make my last will and testament this 18 of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two being in my perfect sensences and sound mind I James Murphy i do leave my property houses and chattle and all in my posseson to my brother John Murphy to suport me and my mother Ann Murphy till after our deths the same John Murphy to have and to hold in his posson till his son William Murphy get marrid and if i live till the is marred he William Murphey is to suport me and burry me and if the saide William Murphe i should die before he william Murphe get marred John Murphey shall keep it in his own posseson but the said property is never to be sold or morged and to my brothers Moses i leave 1 shilling and Peter 1 shilling and to my sisters Elizabeth 1 shilling Lousee 1 shilling Susanna 1 shill and Ann 1 shilling and brother Willam 1 shilling. his mark James X Murphy, wittness, Nicholas Neary, Margrate Venables, Elizabeth X Murphy.
