IN RE: HENRY O'GRADY HALY HUTTON. DECEASED
I give and bequeath the residue of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my said sister Elizabeth Emma McGregor absolutely and if she dies in my lifetime leaving a will then I direct that my residuary bequest shall take effect as if she had survived me and died immediately afterwards but if she dies in my lifetime leaving no will then I give and bequeath the residue of my Estate to my next of kin according to the Statute of Distribution I declare that the said Charles Alfred Woolley shall be at liberty to charge for all acts which he may do as my Executor including the receipt and payment of money my intention being that he shall be properly compensated for all trouble he may have in connection with my estate Lastly I revoke all former testamentary instruments In witness whereof I sign my name on the date first above written H.
