Will of George Cooper

In re: GEORGE COOPER DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen. I George Cooper being of sound mind and in possession of all my faculties do now make my last will and testament as follows.

I. I do give and bequeath my property consisting of the upper cabbage garden and fishing property to my three sons – Nehemiah, Joseph, & Edward to be equally divided among them; and all the remainder of my property to Edward & Joseph to be equally divided between them. I do also appoint that my son Nehemiah shall not sell nor give his portion nor any part of it to anyone outside of the family.

II. I do also appoint Peter Duggan to be my executor.

I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of George Cooper deceased.
