Know all men by these presents that I, Francis Barrett, being sound in mind and memory, do hereby give to my wife Catherine Barrett all and everything I possess land dwelling house stable, outhouses cattle, implements and furniture to be hers, to do whatever she may please with it In witness whereof I do hereby place my hand and seal this seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one Francis his X mark Barrett witnesses Joseph Russell Nathan his X mark Russell Certified correct,D.
