IN RE:   FREDERICK CHARLES JAGG.    DECEASED

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me FREDERICK CHARLES JAGG (Clerk in Holy Orders) of The Homes of St. Barnabas Dormans in the County of Surrey made this ninth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty three

I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore     I appoint my daughter Mary Minna Perpetua Bayly to be my EXECUTRIX and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Minna Perpetua Bayly all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of whatever nature or kind the same may be absolutely and I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 9th day of October One thousand nine hundred and twenty three     FREDERICK CHARLES JAGG
