Will of Fanny Sarah Ellis

In re: FANNY SARAH ELLIS DECEASED.

I, Fanny Sarah Ellis of Charlottetown in Queen's County Prince Edward Island, Spinster, do declare this to be my last will.

I bequeath to my unmarried sisters or the survivors or survivor of them the annuity or income received from the Ellis and Brine Estates in Newfoundland during their joint lives or the life of the survivors or survivor of them. I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint my sister Elizabeth Wood Ellis executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this twentieth day of July 1913. Fanny S. Ellis.

Signed and acknowledged by the above Fanny Sarah Ellis as her will in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. S. P. Hodgson. George Coombs.
