Eliza Howe Woolcombe deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Eliza Howe Woolcombe widow of Captain John Charles Woolcombe R.N. made published and declared this 23rd day of Decr 1857 In the first place I direct all my just debts and funeral expences to be paid and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate goods chattels and effects of whatever nature and kind soever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my son William Walker Woollcombe his executors administrators and assigns to be absolutely at his disposal And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint him whole and sole executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set and subscribed my hand and seal the day and year aforesaid- Eliza Howe Woollcombe (Seal)- Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator Eliza Howe Woollcombe in the presence of us- Emma Maria Sparshatt 1 Lower Southernhay Exeter- Elizabeth Carter 1 Lower Southernhay Exeter.
