Ebenezer Barnes deceased. I Ebenezer Barnes being weak in body but sound in mind do hereby make my last will and testament- I give and bequeath all the property that I may be possessed of at the time of my death to my dear wife Jessie Barnes for her own use and the use of my dear children leaving the disposal of the same to her good discretion. Should my dear wife die before the final disposal of the estate my executors will pay what may remain to my dear children in equal shares. And I do hereby appoint my brother Charles Barnes and my son Robert William Barnes executors to this my last will and testament- Witness my hand and seal this sixteenth day of October one thousand eight hundred & seventy two.
