In re: DAVID POWER DECEASED.
This is my will and testimony I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary my house the remainder of her life time and after death shee can leave the house to any of my children after death that shee think fit the fourth part of my brother Pat property my wife Mary shee is to get the fourth part is my part My boat and craft is to bee sold and all my lawful debts is to bee paid the remainder is to bee given to my wife Mary I will beequeath unto my daughter Mary one shilling I will bequeath unto my son Patrick
one shilling I will bequeath unto my daughter Ann one shilling my wife Mary shee can leave all my property to any of my children that shee think fit I will apoint John Barren and Edward Breen to bee my exetors sixteenth September 1858
