IN RE: Caroline A. Gillmore. DECEASED I, Caroline A. Gillmore, declare this to be a codicil to my last will which was executed in March 1907, whereas the provisions of article Second of said will have become in part impossible of fulfillment, I hereby revoke said article, and in lieu thereof I direct that I be buried in the Cemetery at Centre Hanover, and that a suitable monument be erected to my memory at a cost not less than $200. I direct that my executor shall erect a monument to the memory of my brother-in-law Judah A. Bacon, and his wife and child in Woodlawn Cemetery, Chelsea at a cost not to exceed $300. I confirm my will in all other respects. In witness whereof I have caused my name to be here set and have made my mark this eleventh day of March 1912 - Caroline A x her mark Gillmore - On this 11th day of March, Caroline A Gillmore in our presence caused her name to hereto affixed and personally made her mark declaring this to be a codicil to her last will and we, at her request, in her presence & in the presence of each other thereupon subscribed our names as witnesses.
