In re Caroline Carter deceased. This is the last and Testament of me Caroline Carter of 1 Brunswick Square Exmouth in the County of Devon. I give to my brother John Archer Ellis an annuity of sixty pounds per annum to be paid quarterly, and upon the decease of my said brother I give and bequeath the following legacies
All the rest residue and remainder of my property Estate and effects of whatsoever kind and description of which I may be possessed or entitled to at my decease I give and bequeath to my two sisters Elizabeth Sloman and Mary Ann Ellis absolutely equally between them. I appoint my said two sisters Trustees and Executrixes of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-third day of January one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
